Formulation of ACT in order to have a legal base as well as meeting the requirements of Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) Islamabad, for Equivalence of Faculty’s diploma to F.Sc level, whereby opening new avenues for the trainees for further education.
Hope fully through this ACT the present staff would be regularized.
A full staffing structure on the analogy of Boards is processed along the ACT.
A consultant has been engaged to oversee and supervise the conduct of Examination.
Introduction of Computerization and Division of Medical Faculty into different Sections for the smooth running and Transparent Official Business. All previous record is being computerized.
Proper auditing system put in place, as it is now done through the office of DG Audit, despite the fact that we receive no funds from the Government.
Curriculum has been Revised to the level of the students.
Website have been formed and made operational and all info regarding Medical Faculty is being displayed including Results
OMR(Optical Mark Reading) System on the analogy of NTS System have been introduced in the Exams
Various Notifications have been issued from time to time to streamline the affairs of Medical Faculty and discouraging the corrupt practices.
Various Committees have been re-notified in order to stream line the activities of the Medical Faculty e.g. inspection/affiliation Committee, examination Conduct Committee, UFM Committee etc.
Full Revamping of the Examination System by Introduction of rules/regulations and Engagement of Qualified and Trained staff of University of Peshawar.
Purchase/Possession of (6) Six kanal land in HayatAbad phase V from own resources of Medical Faculty for construction of Purpose built building. Draft Design of the building has been prepared.
Development and Distribution of Affiliation Performa designed by Members of PMDC/KMU and Other Medical Faculties , in order to upgrade the Existing and New Paramedical institutions ,defining and setting standards for them.
Control of bogus/fake certificates / Diplomas in public sector / NGO,s/ private Organizations and abroad through stringent verification process both within office and other issuing authorities
Double entry system have been developed in Accounting system with complete overhaul of the account section.
Distribution of Exam Papers through Banking system.
18. Paper setting and checking by Proper Subject Specialists.
Experienced and appropriate staff engaged for exam duties.
Exams are being conducted in/at Neutral venues.
Salary of the Staff have been converted through Bank
Installation of CCTV/Security System for more Security and transparency in the official business.
Introduction of Bio-Metric Attendance System.
IT Equipment upgraded.
